Order Shipment

  • In-stock orders are shipped within 3 business days of payment.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon delivery:

  • If you notice damage, note it when signing or refuse delivery.

  • If you accept delivery, photograph the packaging and any damaged items immediately.

  • Email the photos to info@sundaesupply.com, then visit our Returns page to submit your claim.
